An urgent call came in regarding vulnerable clients that all of the cameras in a block were down and the recorder screen was showing a black screen for each of these cameras. The porter uses the CCTV camera’s for monitoring the building. Within the same day our engineers attended site, rectified the issue and restored all cameras to working order.
Thames Christian College - Door Entry System
A call came in for our engineers to attend the college as their door entry system was not opening the main entrance doors. Our engineers attended diagnosed the issue with door entry system, lock and the coded access to which all issues were rectified.

Ms Hackemann requested an engineer to attend a faulty burglar alarm system at her place of work. Our engineers arranged a suitable appointment at the clients request to which they attended and serviced the alarm system.

Mrs A.F from Green Lane, Hendon called the office and asked if we had a system that would work with her existing cabling. There was an urgency as the builders on site wanted to pass the existing cabling through a brand new door and frame, so they could finish off the making good. Our engineer asked Mrs A.F if she could send some pictures over so we could assess the situation. Once the pictures were received, we were able to recommend a system that would work with this specific situation. An appointment was made to visit site on the same day to demonstrate the system that we could use and for the customer to look over design aesthetics of the equipment to see if it was in keeping with the new decorations. Mrs A.F approved of the product and asked if we could install straight away. The system was duly fitted and completed within 90 minutes.
